The Science

The smallest molecule.
The biggest impact.

Molecular hydrogen (H₂) sounds simple because it is. That simplicity is exactly why it reaches places other antioxidants can't.

Why molecular hydrogen?

H₂ is the smallest molecule in the universe. Because of that, it diffuses rapidly across cell membranes and reaches sub-cellular compartments, including the mitochondria, where energy is made, and across the blood-brain barrier, which blocks most compounds.

Most antioxidants are too large to get there. Hydrogen simply walks through the door.

The selective antioxidant effect

Here's what makes it different from vitamin C, glutathione, or NAC: molecular hydrogen is a selective antioxidant. It preferentially neutralizes the most harmful free radicals (like the hydroxyl radical, linked to oxidative damage and aging) while leaving alone the beneficial signaling molecules your body actually needs.

In other words, it cleans up the damage without disrupting the healthy chemistry. Few antioxidants can claim that.

How our tablets work

01

Drop into water

Place one tablet in any bottle of water. No special equipment needed.

02

Watch it dissolve

The tablet reacts and fully dissolves in about 60 seconds, releasing 8+ ppm of molecular hydrogen into the water.

03

Drink within minutes

Hydrogen is volatile, so drink soon after dissolving to get the full concentration. That's the entire ritual.

Why tablets, not a $300 bottle? Hydrogen water machines are expensive, need charging and filters, and lock you to one bottle. Tablets deliver the same concentration in any container you already own, for a fraction of the cost.

What the research has explored

Molecular hydrogen has been studied at institutions including Johns Hopkins, Stanford, and the University of Tokyo, across a wide range of areas from metabolic health and exercise recovery to cognitive function and oxidative stress. It is an active, growing field, not a passing wellness trend.

How it works

The mechanism, in plain English.

Hydrogen (H₂) is the smallest molecule in the universe. Because of its size, it diffuses past every cellular membrane — including the blood-brain barrier — and reaches sites that larger antioxidants like vitamin C and glutathione physically cannot.

Once inside the cell, H₂ does something almost no other antioxidant does: it's selective. It neutralizes only the most harmful radicals (hydroxyl radicals, peroxynitrite) while leaving beneficial signaling radicals (superoxide, nitric oxide) intact. Other antioxidants suppress all radicals, which can disrupt normal cell signaling.

The result: a daily reduction in oxidative damage at the source — mitochondria, DNA, brain tissue — without compromising the body's natural signaling pathways.
