Shipping policy

We ship fast from our Wyoming warehouse and keep you updated every step of the way.

United States

3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Free shipping on orders over $75.

International

7 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing may be slightly delayed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, shipping method, and order size and weight. Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time.

International shipping

We ship internationally to many countries. Please note:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or VAT charged by their country.
PHM Supplements is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it. PHM Supplements is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or stolen packages

PHM Supplements is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.

Damaged orders

Arrived damaged? Here's what to do.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
